This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, services, deposits, online payments, and party packages booked through Pampered Perfectly.
By making a booking with Pampered Perfectly Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 is required to secure all party bookings and event dates.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The £100 deposit is used to:
- Reserve your chosen event date and time
- Secure staff availability
- Prepare scheduling and event planning
- Cover administration and preparation costs
Once a booking is confirmed, the selected date and time are removed from availability for other customers.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All £100 booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.
This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Customer cancellation
- Illness
- Travel disruption
- Venue changes
- Reduced attendance
- Personal circumstances
- Weather conditions
- Failure to attend the event
By paying the deposit, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.
Final Payments
Remaining balances must be paid 14 day before the event date unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Pampered Perfectly Ltd.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Pampered Perfectly Ltd reserves the right to refuse services where payment has not been completed.
Online Payments
Pampered Perfectly Ltd accepts secure online payments through trusted payment providers including Stripe and bank transfer.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate payment details
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available
- Reviewing booking information before payment submission
Pampered Perfectly Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or incorrect customer information.
Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
While deposits remain non-refundable, any payments made beyond the deposit may be reviewed at the discretion of Pampered Perfectly Ltd depending on:
- The notice period provided
- Staffing and preparation costs already incurred
- Third-party supplier costs
- Event planning already completed
Additional refunds outside the deposit are not guaranteed.
Rescheduling Policy
Pampered Perfectly Ltd may, at its discretion, allow bookings to be transferred to an alternative available date.
Rescheduling:
- Must be requested as early as possible
- Is subject to availability
- Cannot be guaranteed
Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accepted.
Cancellation by Pampered Perfectly Ltd
In the unlikely event that Pampered Perfectly Ltd must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may be offered:
- An alternative available date, or
- A refund of payments made
This may include circumstances outside reasonable control such as:
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Venue closures
- Emergencies
- Force majeure events
Late Arrivals
Late arrival by customers may reduce the available party or treatment time.
Pampered Perfectly Ltd cannot guarantee full service duration where delays are caused by late arrival.
Refunds or discounts will not be provided for lost time caused by customer delay.
Guest Numbers
Package pricing is based on the agreed guest numbers at the time of booking.
Reductions in attendance after booking do not qualify for refunds or price reductions.
Additional guests may only be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.
Allergies & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must inform Pampered Perfectly Ltd before the event of:
- Allergies
- Skin sensitivities
- Medical conditions
- Relevant health concerns
Pampered Perfectly Ltd cannot be held responsible for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed before the booking.
Supervision & Conduct
Responsible adults must remain present during the event.
Pampered Perfectly Ltd reserves the right to refuse or end services where behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be provided in these situations.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Pampered Perfectly Ltd directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be formally disputed using booking records, invoices, communication history, and acceptance of these terms.
Policy Updates
Pampered Perfectly Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any updates will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
